A[imericus] dominus Cipri has sent magister B. archidiaconus Laodicensis to Rome to express his desire to bring the church there into conformity. The pope appoints magister B. archidiaconus Laodicensis and A[lanus] cancellarius Cypri his representatives, with legatine authority on the issue of the payment of tithes and church property.
