text: Dec 25 1141 – Dec. 24 1142. Fulk, per dei gratiam tercius rex Latinus Ierusalem, with the consent of his wife Queen Melisende and his son Baldewinus, makes an eleemosynary grant, confirming the eleemosynary gift that Baldwinus Cesarensis made with his wife’s agreement in their presence to the leprosary of St Lazarus of land situated between the Mt of Olives and the Red Cistern [Rubea Cisterna] on the road to the River Jordan. The charter was drawn up by Elias cancellarius regis. Witnesses: Rohardus vicecomes; Paganus de Uoa; Willelmus de Bora; Albericus de Barbeia: domna Halois.
