The patriarch of Antioch claims direct authority over [detineat] the dioceses of Tripoli, Tortosa [Anteradensis] and Gibelet [Bibliensis], which the archbishop of Tyre claims should be subject to him as their metropolitan. Given the state of the Holy Land, Pope Honorius III does not wish the archbishop to be in conflict with the patriarch at present.
