text: Mar. 15 – Aug. 31. Petrus Sancti Sepulcri prior and the canons of the Holy Sepulchre sell 2 neighbouring houses, belonging respectively to Bernardus Bituricensis and Willelmus drugomannus, to Petronilla, a Hungarian woman, for 440 besants, so that a hospital [hospitale] for Hungarians can be established. The Holy Sepulchre retains preemption rights. Petronilla will be provided by the Holy Sepulchre with the equivalent of the daily refectory rations of 4 men, but as a consoror of the Holy Sepulchre she remits 2 of these in an eleemosynary grant. She will, therefore, receive the daily rations of a canon and a servant [serviens].
