text: Dec 25 1164 - Dec 24 1165. Walterus princeps totius Galilee issues a sealed charter, recording the ending in his presence and in that of his barones of a dispute, which arose some time ago, between Guido, the son of Arnulfus Monachus, and the canons of the Holy Sepulchre over the casale of Gibul, which is situated in the hills, having as neighbours on the west the casalia of Hubelet, Dersoet, Derlauha and Kafra, and on the north Cocquet. Guido renounces his claims, receiving 100 besants from the canons, and surrenders the charter granted him by Walterus, who recognizes the evidence provided by his barones and by elderly men of the lands of Tiberias [Tyberiade] and invests the canons of the Holy Sepulchre with Gibul. text: Dec 25 1164 - Dec 24 1165. Galterus princeps totius Galilee, with the agreement of his wife Eschiva, confirms under seal the gifts made by his predecessor dominus Willelmus de Buris to the church and canons of the Holy Sepulchre, with the agreement of King Fulk and of Radulfus de Ysis and Symon, the heirs of Willelmus. Willelmus gave the 2 casalia of Gebul and Helkar, which stretch longitudinally from, on the west, the casalia of Hubelet, Dersoet, Derlauha and Kafra and, towards the north, as far as the casale of Cocket and the River Jordan; and latitudinally from the boundary between Bethsan and the lands of Tiberias [Tyberiade] as far as a cava which is next to a casale called Huxenia. W. de Buris also gave the canons of the Holy Sepulchre the right to use all fisheries [pischarie] belonging to the principality for a week once a year between Septuagesima and Easter, with compensation if the waters [of the Sea of Galilee] were too rough for fishing. He also conceded the angaria and auxilium of all his fishermen for one day a year and the use of a boat [navis] on the Sea of Galilee.
