text: Aug. 15. Nicosia. Guy, per dei gratiam in sancta civitate Iherusalem Latinorum rex VIIIus et Cipri domnus, makes a sealed eleemosynary grant, to benefit the souls of his parents and of the Lady Queen Sibylla, his wife. He gives the church of St Mary of Jubin an annual rent [assisia] of 200 besants to be taken from the comercium in Nicosia, payable in 4 instalments a year. Witnesses: Aymericus constabularius; Honfredus Toroni; Hugo Martini marescalcus; Aymericus de Rivet; Reinerius de Gibelet; Galterius le Bel; Odo de Mayri.
