He confirms the gifts made by his father and confirmed by King Baldwin II of a hospital [hospitale], situated in the casale of Turbascellum, and the church of S. Romanus, with the consent of Franco Tuluppensis archiepiscopus. Joscelin also confirms everything the Hospital of St John held on the day he was given the county.
