text: Jan. 3. Lateran. The archbishop of Nicosia has personally told the pope that although King Aimery of Cyprus endowed the church of Nicosia with the 2 casalia of Fendias and Ornithia, to be held as Oddo camerarius had held them, a prestia was excluded from the gift because of dispute between the king and the church. The archbishop has asked the pope to help with its restoration. Pope Honorius III orders the patriarch of Jerusalem, the archbishop of Caesarea and Iterus canonicus Antiochenus, who lives in Acre, to investigate and decide on the matter.
