text: †May 5 - Dec. 24 1192 or Mar. 27 1193. Acre. Mindful of the assistance of Genoa in the conquest of the land of Jerusalem and its aid to him and his predecessors, Henricus de Trecis comes pallatinus et Terre Hierusalem domnus and his wife Isabella regis Amalrici filia make a sealed grant, confirming the commune of Genoa in its possessions in Acre and other maritime cities. In return for the part Genoa played in the relief of Jaffa they give a casale on the plain of Jaffa called Deldoc with all its rustici and a rent [in assisa] of 400 Saracen besants assigned on the fundum of Jaffa, payable in 4 instalments. If this rent fails it will be made up from other rents in or outside Jaffa and Acre.
