These include: the place where the house is located in Acre; houses situated in front of it, rented from the crown of Jerusalem; houses and a curtis behind the church of Sancta Caterina de Campo Belli in the suburb of Acre; houses in the campus of the bishop of Acre; a garden commonly called Quatreboches, situated between the cemetery of St Nicholas and the city ditch of Acre and rented from the bishop of Acre for 8 besants; an annual rent of 40 Saracen besants granted by King John of Jerusalem and Queen Maria and drawn from the revenues of the crown in Acre; a vineyard, garden and land, with a tower and houses built on them, situated by the sea next to the bovaria Templi, which is rented for 12 besants a year from the nuns of St Lazarus of Bethany; the church and hospital of St Michael outside the walls of Caesarea, together with land and a garden attached to them; 2 casalia called Belveer and Casalin; an annual rent of 100 modii of Caesarea weight of wheat, taken at harvest time from the threshing floors of the church of Caesarea; houses in the suburb of Jaffa; the church and hospital of St Nicholas in the city of Beirut, with houses adjacent; gardens, vineyards and lands in the territory of Beirut, together with an annual rent of 18 modii of wheat and 50 jarta of wine in royal measures, collected at vintage time; an annual rent of 12 Saracen besants, drawn from the revenues of the city and territory of Beirut, given by the late King Baldwin to the church and hospital of St Nicholas.
