Henricus comes Ruthenensis, who is gravely ill, confirms under seal his testament, with gifts to the Hospital of St John and the Knights Templars, and to churches in his country (Oct. 16-18). He adds a codicil, assigning money and goods to Bertrandus de Massereolis, Bernardus, Petrus Cornutus, Huguetus, Gerardus, Santius Ortric, Johannina, magister Bertrandus ipsius notarius, Bertrandus de Provincia, Raymundus de Arnaldo, Petrus Durandus de Amisau, Petrus de Peicols, Stephanus Calca, Emblardus de Cairaco, Guilelmus archiepiscopus Burdigalensis presbyter suus, Geraldus de Baucapeis, Berardus, Raymundus de Malo castello and Geraldus Albertus. He absolves Deodatus de Castlus, Jordanenus and [the family] de Salis [from their debts]. He orders Mirus de Rupe to deal with [aptet] the case concerning Guilelmus de Vicanis with the advice of Bernardus d’Euses and he orders Guirbertus de Vecel to pay Stephanus Calca 10 besants. He orders that the following debts be repaid after his death: 100 marcae to Arnaldus Garebertus de Gordone and Petrus Donadeu; 30 marcae to Guilelmus de Haurac; 1000 solidi Turonenses to Geraldus de Rocaforti; 200 besants to Petrus Braidu; 50 besants each to Miro de Ruppe, Guido de Valentia and Berlo; 58 solidi realium de Accon and 7 besants to Petrus Arces.
