Bernardus ecclesie Tripolitane episcopus and the canons of his church reach an agreement with Raymundus pater Iherusalem Xenodochii, through the judgement of Pons episcopus Podiensis, abbas S. Felicis de Gerunda and Petrus de Podii Laurentii. Raymundus had shown the bishop charters of gift made by Count Raymond [of St Gilles], and Arbertus episcopus and Pons episcopus, and confirmed in papal bulls of privilege. Bernardus makes an eleemosynary grant, giving Raymundus Hospitalis pater and his brothers the tithes of all the property the Hospitallers own in the diocese of Tripoli, except for half the tithes returned in the parish of Artussia, together with the tithes of the mills of Guillelmus Berardi. The Hospital is to retain the tithes of the bishopric of Archae as long as it has possession of the church there. Gosfridus also gave a garden with cisterns next to the Tower of David, with roads on either side, one of which runs to Bethlehem. Adam de Ramis gave a house with a cistern inside, situated in front of the house of Guido de Miliaco and next to the Gate of the Temple, from where the road goes to the Valley of Jehoshaphat.
