text: Late in the Year. Bishop Bernard of Nazareth gives the hospital of the abbey of St Mary of the Valley of Jehoshaphat the tithes of Legio and another tithe levied on a property of Gunfredus de Turri situated near Jerusalem. He grants the hospital the right to share with himself the episcopal tithe levied on all its goods in the diocese of Nazareth. This gift is confirmed by Patriarch Arnulf at the time when King Baldwin I built the castle of Saboach.
