text: c. Dec. 11. Lateran. The king of Cyprus has complained that it is hard for him to answer to the Holy See every time there is a dispute. Pope Innocent IV orders the patriarchs of Jerusalem and Antioch, the papal legates, to forbid the archbishop of Nicosia and his suffragans to harass the king unduly. This decision is to be valid for 5 years.
