[196] Raymond III, Dei gratia Tripolis comes et regni procurator Jerosolimitani, who has become a confrater of the leprosary of St Lazarus in Jerusalem and wishes to share in the house’s prayers and benefits, makes a sealed eleemosynary grant to St Lazarus, represented by its magister Bernardus. He gives an annual rent of 20 besants, to be drawn each Candlemas from the funda of Tripoli.
