Robert de Corson commandeur de Tripoli of the Hospital of St John of Jerusalem permits peasants to plant vines and olive trees on land dependent on the commandery at Montpelerin, on condition that they render a third part of the fruits to the Order. They can leave their plots to their children, but any land that falls waste will revert to the commandery.
