Pope Honorius III invites Cardinal Pelagius of Albano and King John of Jerusalem, together with the patriarch of Jerusalem and other bishops, the magistri of the Hospital of St John of Jerusalem and the Knights Templar, and the preceptor of the Hospital of St Mary of the Germans to a meeting with ecclesiastical and secular princes in Verona on the following 11 November, if the needs of the Holy Land allow, to discuss the crusade of the emperor Frederick II.
