At the request of Wilelmus de Bures, baro meus, Baldwin, dei gratia rex Iherosolimitanus, confirms regia potestate a deo michi data, the gift of Wilelmus to the hospital of the abbey of St Mary of the Valley of Jehoshaphat of a casale called Ierraz in the territory of Gordum. The gift had already been confirmed by Iocelinus Tyberiadis domnus. At the petition of Wilelmus, Baldwin also confirms the gift Wilelmus and his wife Agnes had made to the same hospital of houses they had in Jerusalem. The gift was made at the time gubernante Acelino monacho ospitale sub Hugonis regula primi abbatis in valle Iosaphat. text: Late in the Year. Bishop Bernard of Nazareth gives the hospital of the abbey of St Mary of the Valley of Jehoshaphat the tithes of Legio and another tithe levied on a property of Gunfredus de Turri situated near Jerusalem. He grants the hospital the right to share with himself the episcopal tithe levied on all its goods in the diocese of Nazareth. This gift is confirmed by Patriarch Arnulf at the time when King Baldwin I built the castle of Saboach. The charter is dated in the first year of the principality [principatus] of Willelmus de Buris.
