text: Jan. 30. Rieti. Pope Honorius III rehearses the crimes of the count of Tripoli: his seizure of Antioch and its citadel, which Cardinal Pelagius of Albano, then papal legate, had committed to the care of the Hospitallers of St John; and his seizure of the commandery [domus] of the Hospitallers of St John in Tripoli and his cruelty to the brothers there.
