With the agreement of his chapter, Tebaldus Acconensis ecclesie episcopus seals an agreement with the consules of the Pisans in Acre, Guido Paganus, Enricus Magialis and Ugo Leimattilde, on the parochial rights of the Pisan church of St Peter. The priest of the Pisan church should go once a year to the mother church of Acre to receive the oil of chrism. The Pisans should not receive those excommunicated by the bishop, but the bishop promises always to give the priest of St Peter each year oil of chrism and oil of the sick.
