text: Jan - Feb. Pope Alexander III reports to all the prelates of the patriarchate of Antioch that he has heard that the prince of Antioch [Bohemond III], who has married [Theodora] the daughter of the Byzantine emperor Manuel, wishes to subject the church of Antioch to [the patriarchate of] Constantinople. He orders the prelates to resist and to persuade the prince to reverse his decision. They must take care to preserve the castle called Cursarium, which is of the highest use to the church of Antioch.
