The land extends from the Tower of the Hospital, which is next to the sea on the west, as far as the chancel [caput] of the church of the Holy Sepulchre, built in honour of St Peter, to the south, and in a straight line from that church by way of the house of Robertus Coquus, which is within the land, as far as the house of Renerius Calana, and following a path next to the house of Raginaldus Caruana to the east, as far as the tower in the northern part of the land, situated next to the sea. The Hospitallers can build whatever they want on the land, provided no harm comes to the port of Jaffa.
