text: Aug. 9. Raymond III, Dei gratia Tripolitanorum comes, gives under seal to the cathedral and commune of Pisa a house in Tripoli to be held on the same free terms as other Pisan houses in the city. To the front of the house is the public way, to the back it adjoins other Pisan houses. On one side in the direction of the port there are houses belonging to the sons of Germundus and to Bernardus, the son of Iohannes Cupa, and on the other the houses of Vitalis Veneticus. Witnesses: Ugo Biblius; dominus Astafortis; Eradus; Raimundus marescalcus; Albericus de Rancozolle; Raimundus de Montoli; Raimundus de Suu…; Raimundus Constantini Saisi; Iohannes de Moneta; Bandinus Bec; Valliscircus; and of those who negotiated this gift, Pipindon, consul Acconensis; Plebanus; Pandulfus; Dens; Matheus cancellarius, who drew up the charter.
