text: Dec. 3. Jerusalem. Moved by the urgent necessity of providing for his redemption from captivity by the pagani, Johannes Gothmannus, with the consent of his wife Amandala, his son Ancherius, who has assisted in the matter, Stephania the wife of Ancherius, Helisabeth, the daughter of Iohannes and the wife of Hugo dominus Cesariensis, sells the casalia of Bethaatap, Derhassen, Derxerip, Culi and Vastinam Leonis to the canons of the Holy Sepulchre, free from all servitium, exactio and dominium, for 1400 besants. King Baldwin III, from whom the feodum is held, has assented to this and has sealed his confirmation of it.
