Henricus comes Ruthenensis, who is gravely ill, makes a sealed eleemosynary grant to the Hospital of St John of Jerusalem, represented by frater Garinus de Monteacuto magister, of extensive properties in France. He makes the gift in appreciation of the services he has received from the Order while in Syria. He wishes to receive the Order’s habit on the day of his death and to be buried in its cemetery. He asks his wife A. and son B. to carry out his wishes.
