Nicholaus Dominici prior Sepulcri prior and his convent lease to Suardus and his heirs the house in the villa of Mahumeria, which domnus Petrus de Sepulcro bought from Acardus and his wife Bella, for an annual rent [censualiter] of 8 besants, payable on the Feast of the Purification of the Blessed Virgin Mary. The house can be sold to any burgensis provided the rent continues to be paid.
