text: Nov. 1. Rogerius Ramathensis episcopus, with the consent of Radulfus archidiaconus and all the chapter of Sanctus Georgius [Lydda], confirms that he gave the church of the Holy Sepulchre, Willelmus prior and its canons 2 casalia called Capharuth and Gith, with the agreement of Patriarch Warmund. He gives 2 other casalia called Kefrescilta and Porphilia. He grants the Holy Sepulchre half tithes of the harvests and all tithes on other things at these 4 casalia, on condition that the prior and canons of the Holy Sepulchre recognize the rights of the bishop, canons and church of Sanctus Georgius [of Lydda] to the tithes of Castellum Arnaldi and to the tithes of a casale of the Hospital of St John called Bulbul, which are waste at present. Witnesses: Anselmus episcopus Bethleem; Johannes episcopus Achon; Achardus prior Templi Domini; Arnaldus prior Montis Syon; Henricus prior Montis Oliveti; Guido prior Sancti Abrahe; of the chapter of Sanctus Georgius, Willelmus Thuroldi; Jordanus; Balduinus; Hugo and many others.
