Queen Melisende gives the Templum Domini tithes in the territory of Nablus: the tithes that Guido de Miliaco held in feodo; the tithes of the land that Guido held by hereditary right; the tithes of the 7 casalia of Lvban, Ruezun, Deira, Duera, Orif, Gerraa and Derach; the tithes of Ciriz, Misiriffum, Gidida, Casale Syrorum, Zaiet, Nip and Azeira, which were the possessions of Vlricus vicecomes; the tithes of all the land of Balduinus vicecomes, which he held in exchange for land across the river (Jordan), except for those of Daramahet and Sier; and all tithes collected from the vineyards tilled by Franks [Franci] from the bottom of the valley to the top of the mountain on either side of Nablus.

He confirms their possesion of the atrium adjacent to the Templum Domini [the Haram] and everything - baths, houses, cultivated and uncultivated places - within its walls and whatever the Templum Domini possesses in lands, gardens and houses in the city of Jerusalem. Whenever he or any king should give capitalis redditus to his milites 30 besants will be rendered to the Templum Domini, as granted by King Baldwin I.
