With the agreement of his wife Emma and his barones, he gives the Hospital of St John of Jerusalem, represented by domnus Raimundus magister Hospitalis et custos et gubernator pauperum, one of the 3 better casalia in the territory and lordship of Ascalon once the city falls into his hands. He also gives, to be held free of any consuetudo, the land in Jaffa that Radulfus Hospitalis held before he died. He confirms all that the Hospital holds in the territory and lordship [dominium] of Ramla. Witnesses: Julduinus abbas S.
