text: (c.1168). Willelmus Accon[ensis] episcopus, appointed [judge] delegate by Pope Alexander III to resolve a dispute in which the canons of the Holy Sepulchre and the monks of St Mary of the Latins both claimed the tithes of a casale called Montoble, finds that when the dispute had previously arisen in the presence of Patriarch Fulcher, Amilius abbas de Latina had surrendered his abbey’s claims. Willelmus therefore finds for the canons of the Holy Sepulchre.
