For the honour and utility of his church and of its canons in eadem Deo militantium, Evremarius Cesareę Palestinę archiepiscopus, gives under his seal the brothers of the church of the Holy Sepulchre the tithes of a casale called Deffeisse/Deffiesse, in order that these may benefit the Holy Sepulchre’s alms-giving with respect to the feeding and refreshment of the poor. Witnesses from the canons of Caesarea: Rainerius archidiaconus; Bonifacius; Aimo; Gosbertus; Alexander. Other witnesses: Aymericus canonicus et helemosinarius Sancti Sepulchri; Albertus; Balduinus; Ricardus Cesareᶒ dapifer.
