text: Dec. 25 1156 - Dec. 24 1157. Guillelmus Ebriacus, Gibelleti dominus, with the consent of his wife Sansa and his son Ugo, sells a house in Tripoli to Maurinus for 240 besants. The house is bordered by the garden of St James, the house of Iohannes Scutella, the bread oven [clibanus] belonging to the count [of Tripoli] and the house of Petrus Humberti. Before it stand stables [fabricae in quibus sunt frena]. Witnesses: Guimgius; Guillelmus Aruer; Airaldus; Aimericus Belot; Guillelmus Baro; Galterius de Boterram. The charter was drawn up by Rubaldus cancellarius of Guillelmus Ebriacus.
