Teodora, per dei gratiam Ierosolimorum regina, the niece of the emperor Manuel, gives under seal to Ricardus Anglicus, her hostiarius, and his heirs a house situated next to the palatium of Humfredus constabularius on the northern side, between the Gate of St Mary [porta sancte Marie] and the palatium of Humfredus. Ricardus has freedom to sell or pledge or make improvements to it. Witnesses: Giraldus Passerellus; Dionisius miles; Ricardus domni Galluani frater; Michael Grifo panetarius; Malapinus; Stephanus Paruus. The charter was drawn up by Stephanus Lugdunensis.
