Nicholaus prior Sancti Sepulcri, with the agreement of his chapter, leases the house that had been held by Bernardus Bursarius to Ricardus Jaferinus and his heirs for an annual census of 14 besants, payable on 1 March. The Holy Sepulchre has the right of preemption for 1 marcha argenti less than the sale price. The house cannot be sold to milites or churches.
