text: Dec. 25 1133 – Sept. 23 1134. During the government of the principality [principatus] of Edessa of Joscelin II, son of Joscelin the Great, Franco Iherapolitanus archiepiscopus makes an eleemosynary grant to the monks of St Mary of the Valley of Jehoshaphat serving in the castles [castra] in the diocese of Hierapolis. He gives them all tithes of wheat, barley, vines, oil and other things for which they have use. Witnesses: Benedictus canonicus Iherapolitanae ecclesiae; Vbertus presbiter eiusdem ecclesiae; Remigius presbiter eiusdem ecclesiae; Leo capellanus Gozelini comitis.
