text: Mar. 2 - Jul. 14. Jerusalem. At the request of King Amalric and with the agreement of Hugo Templi Domini abbas, Patriarch Amalric of Jerusalem makes a sealed grant, giving Petrus prior and the canons of the Holy Sepulchre a church, dedicated to the Passion and Resurrection of the Lord, founded by the canons on land in Nablus granted them by the king. He gives the church full parochial rights, including baptism, the churching of women, the absolution of the sick and the burial of the dead, together with the right to retain the tithes of produce harvested at their expense.
