Dominus W. de Buris makes an eleemosynary grant to the Hospital of St John of Jerusalem, giving an entire platea, which stretches from the house of the Hospital [in Tiberias] to the house of Petrus gener Johannis Veniciani. William also confirms the eleemosynary gift made by Petrus Godefridus of his house, situated next to the Hospital, with its platea, and the house and cortile of Johannes Bufle, and the curia of Rossellus Bohcerus.
