With the agreement of her husband dominus Ademarus, Juliana Cesaree domina, the daughter of the late Hugo Cesaree dominus, makes a sealed eleemosynary grant to the Hospital of St John of Jerusalem, to frater Gaufridus Hospitalis magister and to the brothers. She confirms their possession of a casale called Haltafia, which her brother Gualterius Cesaree dominus had given on his deathbed, in the presence of King Guy of Jerusalem and dominus Monachus Cesariensis archiepiscopus, who is now patriarch of Jerusalem. She gives the house of Robertus Hohais that had belonged to the miles Georgius, with 3 carrucate terre francesie on the eastern side, which had been part of the land of Capharleth and with 2 petie terre a parte salmarum, with the same rights as had been enjoyed by Robertus Hohais and Georgius. The house is situated between Capharleth and casale Rogerii de Chasteillon. With the agreement of her husband dominus Aimarus, Juliana domina Cesaree, makes a sealed eleemosynary grant, to benefit particularly her late parents Hugo dominus de Cesarea and Isabel, to the Hospital of St John of Jerusalem, its brothers and the poor. She gives the casale called Pharaon et Seingibis, with all its villani and with all the rights of lordship [dominium] she and her father had. On the east the limits of the casale touch on Cavea Ficuum, from Petra Molarum as far as the borders of Caphet. On the south they adjoin Phardesi, the casale of dominus Gormundus. On the west the casale stretches as far as the borders of Calanchun, which belongs to the Hospital of St John. On the north they stretch as far as Cavea Artais. Juliana confirms that as a consoror she chooses to be buried by the Hospital of St John. She will join no other religious order and may take the habit of the Hospital if she so desires.
