In the presence of King Baldwin III and with the use of the royal seal, Gaufridus Tortus, with the consent of his wife Flandina and his heirs, confirms his father’s gift to the leprosary of St Lazarus in Jerusalem of 20 besants drawn annually from the rents of his land.
