The place has since been abandoned and in the presence of the court the Order’s banner was raised in the highest point in the city, which was delivered into the hands of frère Joubert châtelain de Margat.

The patriarch rules that frater Hermannus should give Martinus Rozia 60 properly weighed Saracen besants of Syria.
