text: Jul. 12. Patriarch William of Jerusalem, with the agreement of the community [conventus] at the Holy Sepulchre, licences under seal Galterus de Lucia to sell his house to Robertus Medicus and his sons and daughters for 80 besants. Galterus de Lucia built this house on land at the western corner of the lacus Balneorum, extending [vergens] to the north. He also pledges [in vadimonium] to Robertus some wasteland at the corner of the house so that the house can be extended. Robertus will pay the patriarchal curia 1 besant a year on 15 July [in festivitate Ierusalem] for the house and the additional land.
