Baldwin, per gratiam dei in sancta Iherusalem Latinorum rex quartus, with the assent of Queen Melisende his mother and Amalricus comes Ascalonitanus his brother, confirms as a sealed eleemosynary grant the exchange made in the time of his father Fulk rex Iherosolimorum illustris, in which Johannes Patricius recorded that he had exchanged 2 of his casalia, called Megina and Mezera, for 2 casalia, called Caphermelich and Anquina, which belonged to the Holy Sepulchre. He made this exchange with the consent of Babinus from whom Johannes held his feodum and in the presence of King Baldwin and Queen Melisende. The exchange made by Johannes had been approved by his relation [cognatus] Petrosus, his wife Bruna, and his sons Thomas and Eustachius.
