[65] Amalricus gloriosi Sepulcri prior and the canons of the Holy Sepulchre concede under seal to Nemes, a Surianus, his sons and the sons of his brother Antonius, lands and vines they hold at Calandria, together with those they might acquire in future, on condition that they pay the Holy Sepulchre each year half of the fruits of the land in harvest [annonae] and the vines and trees they plant.
