text: Jun. 8. With the assistance of probi vires Jerosolimi, N. Sancti Sepulchri prior and his chapter resolve a dispute with Bonetus, the son of Martinus Caraena, over houses that Martinus had given to the Holy Sepulchre. They concede to Bonetus the entire volta of these houses. Bonetus and his heirs will pay the Holy Sepulchre an annual rent [censualiter] of 2 besants, payable on Palm Sunday. If Bonetus should die without heirs the volta will pass back into the possession of the Holy Sepulchre.
