text: Jun. 1-30. With the agreement of his wife domina Aeliz and his sons, Johannes de Ibelino dominus de Arsur makes a sealed eleemosynary grant, masking a sale, to the Hospital of St John of Jerusalem, represented by frater Petrus de Veteri Brivata domus Hospitalis Jerosolimitani magister. The Order already owns half of the mills of Tres Pontes. Johannes now gives the other half, together with the island adjoining them, which is situated between them and Vetus Pons, over which runs the road to Arsur. The land extends as far as the large stream called Jorgilra that flows below the hill [turon] called filie de Comar and then as far as the Vetus Pons, where a boundary between the land of the Hospital of St John and that of the lord of Arsur is marked. The other boundary runs from the mills to another stream flowing from Jorgilia. In return the magister and brothers of the Hospital of St John give Johannes 3000 besants.
