text: Apr. 26. Lateran. Pope Alexander III reminds King Baldwin IV that after complaints from the Genoese consuls his father King Amalric restored the Genoese golden inscription in the church of the Holy Sepulchre. The Genoese have complained that thereafter Amalric destroyed the inscription and confiscated money that belonged to them. The pope orders Baldwin to restore the inscription and return the cash.
