text: Apr. 3. With the agreement of his chapter, Nicholaus prior Sancti Sepulchri leases to Dominicus, who is called Patriarcha, the house in Mahumeria, which Petrus de Sepulcro bought from a woman called Armellina, for an annual census of 6 besants, to be paid on the Feast of the Purification of the Blessed Virgin Mary. Dominicus can sell to any burgensis, but the Holy Sepulchre will have preemption rights.
