King Baldwin II gives the Pisans in Tyre 5 houses in the ruga next to the port of Tyre free of rent [tributum vel redditum] and freedom from taxes on their shipping and goods in the port, although pilgrims and other men (who are not Pisan merchants) will not be exempt. The goods of Pisans who die will not be subject to any restrictions or taxation.
