text: Dec. 1-31. Nicosia. Henry, Dei gratia rex Cipri, makes a sealed grant to dominus Eustorgius Nicosiensis archiepiscopus, representing the church of Nicosia. He gives the casale or prestria called Mendias, freed from servitium, with all its rustici, masculine and feminine, and their children and descendants. The church of Nicosia may treat Mendias as it wishes and may alienate it to any person, ecclesiastical or secular. Witnesses: Iohannes de Ybellino dominus Betiri; Iohannes dominus Cesaree; Iohannes de Ibellino minor; Balianus de Ybellino; Balduinus de Ibellino; Guillelmus vicecomes; Balduinus de Morfo; Arnesius de Gibelet. The charter was drawn up by Bonusvassalus de Aldo cancellarius regni Cypri.
