Guido and Hugo are each given 1 carrucata terre, and Giraldus 2. They will pay each each quartus et decima of the grain and vegetables and quintus et decima of vines and olive trees. Giraldus and Hugo are also given a great part of the olive grove that Willelmus Beritensis had planted, returning quartus et decima of the fruits. The settlers will transport these returns - quartus, quintus, decima - to the Holy Sepulchre’s voltae in Nova Villa. Usage of the oven and mill and other consuetudines will be according to the practice at Mahumeria.
